Somerset, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire Blue Badge Training Course

We are delighted to announce that the Institute of Tourist Guiding has accredited a new Blue Badge course, which covers the ceremonial counties of Somerset (including Bath and Bristol), Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Our prospectus is available to download on our website: cadencetraining.co.uk, where people can also find more information about us as the Training Provider.

If you wish to attend an online open event in November or January to find out more about the course, just sign up through the form on the website. If you wish to apply to join the course, you can also find the application form on our website. Applications are now open, and interviews will take place from late November 2025 until late February 2026. Our prospectus details the offer to holders of a badge in other regions, not wishing to take the whole course. For unbadged applicants, there will be an induction weekend in April 2026 and formal teaching then begins in early September 2026 and ends in April 2027.
