Institute President highlights the plight of Professional Tourist Guides, 12th July 2021

Institute of Tourist Guiding President, Carole Hiley, joined the BBC News team on their World Business Report to talk about how the lack of international visitors has impacted professional tourist guides and how we could be faced with a further hit in October if the government insists on all European students requiring passports.
