The Institute accredits Tourist Guide training programmes. It does not run training courses, these are generally organised by local tourist guide associations, specific sites or other local organisations in response to demand for new guides in their specific areas.
Institute courses are open to all applicants. You do not need previous guiding experience or qualifications, except in the case of Train the Trainers courses. Courses planned or pending approval are listed below, while courses that are currently running or that run regularly are linked to in the side bar.
