Institute Accredited Endorsement Course
Tuesday 25 - Friday 28 October 2011
The course is scheduled to run from Tuesday October 25 to
Friday October 28 2011, in anticipation of the Queen's Diamond
Jubilee in 2012. The Course is open to both Regional and
London Blue Badge Guides and will include tours of the Royal
Kitchens, State Apartments, behind the scenes at St. George's
Chapel, Eton College, a coach tour through Windsor Great Park
visiting the Royal Chapel in the Park and the Savill and Valley
Gardens, walking tours and lectures including the Queen's Diamond
Jubilee.
A written examination will take place on Saturday 12 November
2011. All successful candidates will gain the Windsor and
Eton Endorsement. (Regional Blue Badge Guides who pass the
exam will also gain the Accreditation to guide in Windsor Castle if
they do not have it already).
Places on the Course are limited to 30. For further information
