Your annual renewal fees are due for
the year 2012-13, which will begin on 1 April 2012.
Please print, sign and return this to the Institute office with
payment by Monday 6 February
2012.

up to date, please log into the membership section of the
website and check your Directory Profile
online.

All subscription rates and supplements are listed on the
Renewal Form. Please help us, and yourself, by using our Direct
Debit facility to renew your membership. The Direct Debit mandate
form and details on other methods of payment can be found
below:
You are entitled to one entry in the Directory as a Member of
the Institute. If you are qualified to guide in other regions and
wish to be listed in the Directory for them as well, there is a
charge of £5.00 for each extra listing. If, in addition to your
regional qualification, you have a Level 3 or Green Badge
qualification in another region, you may also be listed in that
region with the Associates for the same extra charge.
If you wish to receive all Institute communications by post, you
will need to pay an additional supplement of £30.00. Otherwise you
will receive all communications by email (please ensure we have
your correct email address).
The office deals with over 2000 forms every year, and we urge you
to please update any details that are incorrect yourself online, so
that your renewal forms can be processed quickly and you can be
CERTAIN that your details will appear correctly in the
Directory.
