If you would like your details to appear in the 2012-13 Directory you must let the Institute have your renewal details and your renewal fee by the extended deadline date of: 

Monday 6 February 2012

Please note that the current registration year 2011-12 actually ends on 31 March 2012.

Please, remember to update your details online if at all possible, and amend (if necessary), print, sign and return your Renewal Form, together with your cheque, Direct Debit mandate or other payment details to:
