| Three years into this enthralling profession, I'm keener than ever to show off my town and other highlights of Southern England eg. Canterbury Cathedral, where I am an accredited guide.
I'm a Modern Languages graduate who became a property marketing consultant in the City of London for many years, then stopped to raise my family (now 20 and 22). With a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Language to Adults, I ran my own language school until the excitement of being a Blue Badge guide took over!
Other passions include hill walking, skiing, gardens (other people's!), good food, bridge and the theatre.
I guide in English and French and after a recent trip to India, particularly enjoy the challenge of interpreting my culture to visitors from the Far East!
